Banco Central advierte efectos por significativo aumento en cambios en fondos de pensiones

El Banco Central advirtió a través de su  Informe de Estabilidad Financiera (IEF), que por el impacto del alza en las recomendaciones de asesores privados en cambios de fondos de pensiones, se ha debilitado la capacidad de los ahorros de amortiguar los efectos de shocks externos.

 

“Ha aumentado significativamente la frecuencia de las recomendaciones de asesores privados en los últimos meses, muchas veces con reversiones en pocos días, lo que eleva la volatilidad de los precios de algunos instrumentos financieros, es así como en los últimos 12 meses se han registrado cerca de 24 recomendaciones distintas”, indicó el instituto emisor en su IEF.

 

En ese contexto, la entidad bancaria puntualizó que “esto ha provocado un comportamiento ocasionalmente pro cíclico de los fondos de pensiones que exacerban los movimientos de mercado sin un beneficio evidente para los afiliados”.

 

“De esta forma, se debilita la capacidad de los fondos de pensiones de amortiguar los efectos de shocks externos, como ocurrió hasta hace algunos años” agregó el BC.

 

Estudio Ciedess

 

Por otra parte, la Ciedess realizó un cálculo tomando como referencia la indicación ingresada por los diputados en el segundo retiro del 10%, que consta en que los afiliados que lo deseen, podrán reintegrar los fondos retirados cotizando 5% de forma voluntaria, lo que sería adicional al 10% de cotización que hoy es obligatorio.

 

De esta manera, en promedio los hombres tardarían 51 meses en reintegrar los fondos retirados, mientras que las mujeres tardarían 55 meses. Esto, considerando la edad promedio de los afiliados al sistema (40 años aproximadamente), así como la renta imponible promedio y la densidad de cotizaciones promedio según sexo.

 

Estos cálculos fueron hechos en base a los últimos datos disponibles en la Superintendencia de Pensiones (junio de 2020), donde el saldo promedio registrado en las cuentas de capitalización individual de los 11.024.912 afiliados existentes era de $12,8 millones (444 UF). Eso sí, el saldo promedio para hombres era de $16,2 millones (560 UF) y el de mujeres $9 millones (312 UF). De este modo, los afiliados podrían retirar en promedio $1.620.000 los hombres (56 UF) y $1.011.107 las mujeres.

    I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts
    prior to writing. I have had difficulty clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out.
