Inacap ayuda a más de 10.500 emprendedores a reinventarse y dar continuidad a sus negocios en Pandemia.
Con el apoyo de Sercotec y la red de Centros de Negocios que opera INACAP en diferentes puntos del país, se implementó un nuevo programa online gratuito con acceso a talleres, capacitaciones y asesorías, lo que permitió aumentar la cobertura y expandir su alcance, apoyando un 56% más emprendedores que en 2019.
Para apoyar a empresas de menor tamaño (EMT) fuertemente impactas por la crisis económica a raíz de la pandemia, los Centros de Desarrollo de Negocios (CNS), operados por INACAP, prestaron asistencia a 10.576 emprendedores de todo el territorio nacional a través de un programa online gratuito con acceso a talleres, capacitaciones y asesorías dictadas por profesores y expertos en diferentes temáticas.
El plan se desarrolla por los CNS que INACAP opera desde el año 2016 en diferentes puntos del país y tiene como objetivo ayudar a los emprendedores en su proceso de reinventarse y dar continuidad a sus negocios. Desde sus inicios, esta red ha logrado generar casi 1,4 nuevos empleos diarios por cada día laboral, es decir alrededor de 320 por año.
Actualmente, INACAP cuenta con CNS en Antofagasta, Calama, Quilicura, San Fernando, Curicó, Coyhaique, Puerto Aysén, Puerto Natales y Punta Arenas. Si bien la crisis sanitaria representó un gran desafío en cuanto a la continuidad de su programa producto de las cuarentenas, la implementación del sistema de atención online les permitió aumentar la cobertura y expandir su alcance. De hecho, en 2020 las atenciones crecieron 56% en relación con 2019.
Unas de las principales áreas afectadas por la pandemia fue el comercio, que por las restricciones tuvo que abocarse a las ventas online y, por el contrario, los rubros del transporte y el turismo se vieron profundamente deterioradas. Sin duda esta realidad también obligó a los emprendedores a reinventarse y optar por nuevos modelos de negocios. En ese contexto, los emprendedores que llegaron a los CNS estuvieron vinculadas, en su mayoría, con el comercio, con un 39% del total de emprendimientos asesorados; mientras que transporte y turismo sólo representaron el 6% y 4%, respectivamente.
Con el objetivo de seguir ayudando a las empresas de menor tamaño, hace unas semanas INACAP lanzó el Programa Genera + EMT, de manera de potenciar los programas online que ya imparten y entregarles a los emprendedores nuevas herramientas que les permitan continuar mejorando sus competencias empresariales.
“Para nosotros es muy importante apoyar todo lo que se hace en emprendimiento desde diversas instituciones, en todos los niveles, pues es fundamental en el actual contexto. La pandemia nos ha hecho aprender mucho en poco tiempo y avanzar a grandes pasos en digitalización del emprendimiento pues se están abriendo grandes espacios y oportunidades”, aseguró la Consejera de INACAP y Gerenta de Asuntos Corporativos de Corfo, Cecilia Valdés, durante el lanzamiento de Genera + EMT.
Según el Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM), ocho de cada 10 emprendimientos en Chile no pasan el primer año de vida. Sin embargo, de acuerdo con los datos de los CNS, tres de cada cuatro emprendedores logran mantener y hacer crecer sus negocios, y solo uno desaparece por factores ajenos a las asesorías que otorga la entidad.
