Mercado estima un positivo impacto frente a las medidas de ayuda social para recuperación económica

Ante el anuncio de medidas de ayuda para la clase media del Gobierno para enfrentar la crisis económica de gran parte de la población, expertos señalan que “el impacto macro será importante”.
El economista del Banco Santander, Fabian Sepúlveda, establece que “va a compensar las pérdidas de ingresos que tendrán los hogares producto de las nuevas cuenteas”, pero que “no necesariamente agregan un impulso adicional”.
En relación a esto, Sergio Godoy, economista jefe de STF Capital, agrega que el programa “va a ayudar a elevar las expectativas de crecimiento del año”.
Para el economista senior de LyD, Tomás Flores, “no es fácil determinar si el plan será suficiente para compensar totalmente la caída de ingresos y, con ello, dar empuje al consumo de los hogares. Sin embargo, calculó que el impulso fiscal – cerca de unos 2,4% del PIB-, logrará amortiguarla en parte”.
Además, según su juicio, el diseño de los subsidios sería un apoyo relevante y suficiente. Se refiere también a que el apoyo a los sectores más vulnerables logre una mayor solidez a un repunte.
Flores finalmente destaca que, las modificaciones al seguro de cesantía, especialmente diseñados para los que fueron suspendidos o se encuentren sin trabajo y puedan retirar hasta el 70% de su sueldo, “ayudan mucho, ya que el mercado del trabajo ha sido uno de los mas dañados por la recesión”.
