78% de los Trabajadores indican que el sentido del empleo afecta directamente su bienestar general

De acuerdo al estudio elaborado por la empresa Trabajo con Sentido y PwC sobre propósito y cultura, que contó con la participación de 2.088 trabajadores pertenecientes a 22 tipos de industrias, un 78% de los encuestados señaló que el objetivo de la ocupación influye directamente en su bienestar general.

 

En tanto, respecto a lo que valoran las personas de un trabajo, el registro muestra que si bien el sueldo es la variable más importante al momento de elegir dónde colocarse (con un 74% de las preferencias), esta cifra disminuye en forma notoria como factor determinante cuando se trata de permanecer en él (35%).

 

Además, se puede observar que el ambiente de trabajo, el propósito de la organización y las oportunidades de desarrollo profesional tienen una mayor valoración cuando se trata de mantenerse en una respectiva empresa, con 60%, 56% y 54% de las preferencias, respectivamente.

 

Para Nicolás Morales, CEO Trabajo con Sentido, “los talentos ya no quieren trabajar solamente por los sueldos a fin de mes, quieren trascender, se quieren sentir orgullosos de las organizaciones en las que están trabajando y esas temáticas como valores son esenciales”. “Hay una evolución en la ecuación de éxito profesional, donde antes era un buen sueldo, el estatus de la empresa y mi cargo, ahora eso no basta. Las personas destacan aspectos como los valores, la trascendencia y el propósito de las empresas”, agregó.

 

En esa línea, el informe mostró que un 66% de los encuestados están dispuestos a rebajar su sueldo entre un 10% y un 30% por la posibilidad de encontrar un trabajo en donde su propósito sea más coherente con el propósito personal.
