89% de los trabajadores cree que retroceso a fase 2 afectará la búsqueda de empleo

De acuerdo a una reciente encuesta de Trabajando.com, el 89,5% de los trabajadores encuestados considera que el anuncio del retroceso a Fase 2 afectará la búsqueda de empleo y un 72% cree que el mercado laboral no está preparado para un nuevo confinamiento. Mientras, otro 82% considera que incluso disminuirán las ofertas laborales disponibles.

 

Además, el 90% de los trabajadores encuestados considera que el anuncio del retroceso a Fase 2 afectará la búsqueda de empleo.

 

Para Ramón Rodríguez, gerente general de Trabajando.com, “a través de esta información, podemos constatar que persiste entre quienes buscan oportunidades laborales una sensación de alta dificultad para encontrar trabajo frente a la crisis sanitaria. Lo relevante en este sentido es alinear estas percepciones con lo que nos muestran los empleadores, que mayormente planean mantener sus procesos y funcionamientos aún cuando la situación se haga más compleja”.

 

Por su parte, las compañías desdramatizan los efectos que puede tener el retroceso a Fase 2 en los planes de contratación. Es así como un 67,8% de las empresas que respondieron esta encuesta considera que las nuevas restricciones sanitarias no influirán en la búsqueda de nuevos colaboradores. Asimismo, un 62,7% considera que su empresa está preparada para cubrir los efectos de una posible nueva cuarentena total y un 23,7% señala que actualmente se están preparando para aquel escenario, mientras que sólo un 13,5% señala no estar preparada.

 

La encuesta también aborda la irrupción del teletrabajo como medida para hacer frente a la crisis. Por parte de los empleadores, un 32,2% de las compañías señalan que mantendrá la opción de teletrabajo para aquellos cargos que lo permitan, un 25,4% continuará con el trabajo presencial, un 23,7% tiene planificado volver a enviar a los colaboradores a teletrabajo, mientras que un 18,6% simplemente no puede optar a esta modalidad.

El sondeo se realizó entre 1.703 postulantes y 59 empresas que ofrecen nuevas oportunidades de trabajo.
