El portafolio de Modavin presenta cinco interesantes etiquetas para preferir. Los espumantes Prosecco Extra Dry, el Brut Riesling, Brut Pinot Nero y el Dolce Moscato, y el frizzante tinto, Sangue di Giuda (único en su clase en el territorio chileno). Modavin Prosecco Extra Dry ($10.900) es un clásico italiano, proveniente de la región de Veneto, con dos mil años de historia. Elaborado 100% de uva blanca glera. De color amarillo pajizo, afrutado y con notas florales. Ligero, fresco y muy fácil de beber solo, y si es en un cóctel, es el elemento clave para el trago favorito de los últimos tiempos, un clásico italiano como es el Aperol Spritz.
 
 
La dupla de los brut, un Riesling y un Pinot Nero ($8.900 c/u), se presenta como la versión de Blanc de Blancs y Blanc de Noirs de Modavin, dos etiquetas elaboradas, una 100% con uva blanca (riesling), y otra, con la totalidad de uvas tintas (pinot noir). 
 
El Brut Riesling es de color pálido, pajizo y reflejos verdes. Resaltan los aromas cítricos, herbales y florales, sobre todo, a manzanas. Es elegante y cremoso en boca. También tiene un interesante contrapunto ácido y abocado. Es redondo y fácil de tomar. En tanto, el Brut Pinot Nero es un espumante más pálido y en nariz es muy agradable. Se distingue fruta fresca y berries. Es más seco que el Riesling. Con cuerpo, bien estructurado y fresco. Es muy elegante, delicado y cremoso. Son una excelente alternativa para cócteles con espumantes o para reemplazar el prosecco como ingrediente.
 
 
Una copa que sorprende, sin duda, es la servida con Modavin Dolce Moscato ($8.900). Es dulce y fresca. De color dorado y limpio. En nariz posee notas florales, jazmín, miel, con un toque a confitura de damasco y un dejo a manzana. De cuerpo medio y sabor frutal y dulce, como naranja y limón. La acidez destaca matizando su dulzor, lo cual otorga un final de boca limpio y grato. Elaborado solo con uva moscato bianco.
 
 
Sin duda, la etiqueta Modavin Sangue di Giuda ($9.900) resalta en su portafolio. No solo porque no es un espumante, sino un frizzante tinto elaborado con las mejores uvas barbera y croatina. Esto quiere decir que no cuenta con la efervescencia clásica que distinguen a los primeros, sino una leve burbuja, debido a que solo tiene una fermentación y no dos como pasa con todos los espumantes. De intenso color rojo carmesí, cuenta con un buqué afrutado y fresco, así como su buen cuerpo.
