MalPaso lanza nuevo pisco Eclipse de edición limitada

Para celebrar el nuevo fenómeno astronómico, pisquera familiar proveniente del Valle del Limarí, lanzó una edición limitada, de 35 grados, en un formato especial, de 1 litro y vidrio reciclado, y una etiqueta está inspirada en una brújula astral.
Su destilación, iniciada en la fecha exacta del anterior eclipse, dio como resultado un pisco de color ámbar caramelo, con notas a fruta madura, huesillo y damascos secos, y que en boca sorprenden por su intensidad y suavidad.
Cuenta la historia que el mismo día del eclipse del pasado 2 de julio, en el Fundo Huamalata, Ovalle, la pisquera familiar MalPaso comenzaba el proceso productivo para una nueva etiqueta, una edición limitada. Son 36 mil botellas, de 35° y en un formato especial de 1 litro.
Desde ese instante, el equipo de maestros destiladores con su arte elaboraba un nuevo pisco, que hoy se estrenan para celebrar el próximo eclipse solar, fenómeno que se podrá apreciar en forma total en regiones de La Araucanía, Los Ríos y Biobío, y de manera parcial, en el resto de Chile el 14 de diciembre a partir de las 13:03:44 hrs.
Se trata del nuevo MalPaso Eclipse.

La etiqueta.
Elaborado de uvas moscatel de Alejandría y moscatel rosada (50/50%), la edición limitada de Pisco MalPaso Eclipse destaca por un color ámbar caramelo. En nariz expresa características frutales de las variedades moscatel; madura con notas a huesillo y damascos secos. Pero sin duda, son las barricas de MalPaso, esta vez de roble francés y no de roble americano como la de su símil, el clásico MalPaso 35° Especial, las que entregan notas de vainilla y nueces a este nuevo Eclipse, que en boca resaltan por ser suaves y sedosas, y a la vez, su intensidad.
Este nuevo lanzamiento viene en formato especial, una botella de 1 litro creada con 35% de vidrio reciclado, que año a año se incrementa por la absoluta convicción y compromiso de la familia MalPaso en avanzar con métodos de producción sostenibles y seguir certificándose año a año en comercio justo, desde el 2013 (For Life).
En tanto, su etiqueta grafica todo el misticismo que trae este fenómeno astrológico de nivel mundial. Está montada sobre un fondo oscuro rodeado de puntos que simulan estrellas doradas en el cielo, y en el centro, se diseñó una brújula astral, la cual contiene todos los números, días y meses del año. Claro está, que el rol protagónico lo tiene la flecha direccional; marca la fecha exacta del próximo eclipse.

Night Cream
45 ml Pisco MalPaso Eclipse
30 ml de crema de leche
15 ml salsa chocolate
15 ml licor amaretto
Preparación: Batir todos los ingredientes en una coctelera y servir en un vaso corto.
Pistón Eclipse
60 ml Pisco MalPaso Eclipse
Completar con agua tónica Botánica
Corte de manzana y rama de canela
Preparación: Agregar todos los ingredientes a una copa balón con mucho hielo.

15 ml jugo de Limón
30 ml jugo Pomelo
30 ml jarabe de miel (60% miel / 40% agua)
