Tasas de interés de créditos hipotecarios completan su tercera semana consecutiva al alza

Durante la jornada de este lunes 2 de noviembre el Banco Central informó que las tasas de interés de los créditos hipotecarios promediaron 2,52% en la semana del 16 al 23 de octubre, frente al 2,50% de la semana anterior, con lo que anotaron su mayor nivel desde la primera semana de septiembre.
De esta manera hubo un aumento de 0,11 puntos frente al 2,41% registrado en la misma semana del mes anterior, y siguieron alejándose del mínimo histórico de 1,91% que se anotó en la semana del 1 al 7 de noviembre del año pasado.
Respecto a los créditos de consumo, estos registraron un 16,69% en la tercera semana de octubre frente al 21,40% de la semana anterior, pero anotaron una leve alza en comparación al 16,73% de la semana del 16 al 23 de septiembre.
En tanto, las tasas de los préstamos comerciales (los que se otorgan a las empresas), cayeron a 4,15% frente al 6,08% de la semana anterior. No obstante, se ubicaron sobre el 3,87% de la tercera semana de septiembre.
