Olivier Estampes, Cofundador y Gerente Comercial de E-mov “Ante la pandemia nos supimos adaptar en poco tiempo y aumentamos nuestras ventas”

-¿Qué es E-mov, a qué se dedican principalmente y cuál es su público objetivo?

E-mov propone una solución tecnológica y operacional de movilidad corporativa cero contaminante en Chile. Transportamos ejecutivos con nuestra flota de taxis 100% eléctricos y también carga con nuestros utilitarios y camiones también 100% eléctricos. Además, entregamos cada mes un certificado oficial de ahorro de Co2 a cada empresa.

-¿Cuáles son los atributos más representativos de E-mov?

Nuestros atributos más representativos con 3:

-La sustentabilidad: somos cero contaminante para la atmosfera y cero contaminación fónica, con la entrega de un certificado oficial de ahorro de Co2 emitido cada mes por el ministerio de Energía en relación a los kilómetros hecho por nuestro cliente.

-La calidad de servicio: nuestros móviles cuentan con WiFi, cable de carga de teléfonos, agua y con manejados por personal profesional y uniformados. Puntualidad y estandarización del servicio, con vehículos nuevos y mantenidos en la concesión de la marca, legalidad en la operación (taxis ejecutivos con matriculas naranja).

-La tecnología de transporte: con nuestra plataforma web y app, E-mov permite a los administradores tener el control de su transporte y al usuario una versatilidad y flexibilidad en su demanda de servicio, dándole autonomía y contactándole directamente con su servicio a cualquier momento. Tarifa plana por km (todo incluido, tags, energía, tiempo de espera, tiempo en carretera).

-Entrando en contingencia ¿de qué manera enfrentaron esta crisis mundial del Covid-19?

En 15 días supimos pivotear y hacer crecer por 5 nuestra empresa en 2020, y llegar a más de 500 millones de pesos de facturación este año. ¿Cómo lo hicimos? Primero, propusimos a nuestros clientes y empresas en general un plan de contingencia para transportar con todo el cuidado necesario (plan Covid 19 a bordo) sus colaboradores a sus respectivos lugares de trabajo.

Del mismo modo, empezamos a dar servicio a los hospitales san Juan de Dios, San Borja y UC Christus. Y también, empezamos a entregar con nuestra flota desde abril paquetería, llegando a la fecha a más de 25.000 paquetes y haciendo además crecer la flota. Finalmente, ganamos licitaciones de grande compañías.

 


-¿Qué tipo de medidas han tomado para hacer frente a la contingencia? ¿Se puede estar preparado para este tipo de crisis?

No estábamos preparados, pero como startup somos flexibles y reactivos, por lo cual en muy poco tiempo nos pudimos adaptar a la situación. Hemos abierto este nuevo campo de delivery de última milla verde, segmento que se disparó durante la cuarentena, y hoy estamos creciendo cada día más en este sector que está para quedarse. Supimos ver dónde se podría necesitar nuestro servicio de manera urgente y remplazamos ejecutivos que hacían teletrabajo por operarios físicamente indispensables a su puesto de trabajo.


-A su parecer, ¿considera que es una oportunidad para salir fortalecidos o reinventarse? 

Sin ninguna duda, para E-mov lo fue, ya que supimos ver y tomar las oportunidades que creó la situación.


-¿Qué les parecen las medidas que ha presentado el Gobierno para ir en ayuda de las empresas?

Creo Chile tomó en general buenas medidas, limitando el efecto y permitiendo que se vuelva a la normalidad económica y de empleo con más facilidad en un plazo razonable.


-¿Cuáles son sus expectativas económicas para Chile y el mundo al mediano plazo?

No siendo un especialista, no me atrevería a dar una opinión en este momento aún, pero tenemos mucha fe en el país, en su recuperación y en el camino a la transición sustentable en el transporte, ya que es una realidad como lo podemos ver en el transporte público, por ejemplo. Seguiremos acompañándola y liderándola en el transporte privado.

-En otro tema, ¿qué significa para ustedes ser socios de la Cámara de Comercio Chileno Belgo Luxemburguesa?

Significa ser parte de un grupo de empresas dinámicas y modernas, que tienen una visión común hacia el futuro de un desarrollo económico responsable.
