Por primera vez 6 comunas de la Región Metropolitana avanzarán a Etapa 4 de Apertura Inicial
- Por Felipe Pinochet.
Según lo anunciado por la subsecretaria de Prevención del Delito, Katherine Martorell, seis comunas de la Región Metropolitana avanzaron por primera vez a la Apertura inicial (Fase 4) desde este lunes 19 de octubre. De esta manera, Til Til, María Pinto, San Pedro, Curacaví, Pirque y Colina integran el total de las 29 comunas a lo largo del país las que se encuentran en Fase 4, siendo la penúltima etapa del plan antes de llegar a la Apertura Avanzada (Fase 5).
En tanto, Renca, Paine, Melipilla, Maipú, San Joaquín, Lo Espejo, El Monte y San Bernardo dejaron la Transición (Fase 2) y avanzaron a Preparación (Fase 3).
De esta forma, la etapa de Apertura Avanzada permitirá que todas las personas puedan salir. Sin embargo, no deben ir a lugares en cuarentena y deben seguir respetando el toque de queda que actualmente rige desde las 23:00 hasta las 05:00 horas.
Además, se permite participar en reuniones sociales y recreativas de máximo 50 personas en espacios cerrados y 100 en espacios abiertos. Además, pueden hacer viajes interregionales solo a comunas que estén en pasos 3, 4, 5.
Del mismo modo, se podrán realizar actividades deportivas y participar en deportes colectivos con máximo 10 personas en lugares cerrados (excepto gimnasios de acceso público) y 50 personas en lugares abiertos, sin público.
Por su parte, los residentes de Establecimientos de Larga Estadía para Adultos Mayores (Eleam) pueden salir a caminar dos veces a la semana por máximo dos horas y 200 metros a la redonda, y pueden recibir visita de dos personas, dos veces a la semana. Mientras, los residentes de centros del Servicio Nacional de Menores (Sename) pueden salir, con autorización y supervisión.
Respecto a la atención de público en restaurantes, cafés y lugares análogos, se podrá realizar con un máximo del 50% de capacidad, o una distancia de al menos dos metros entre las mesas. Teatros, cines y lugares análogos pueden funcionar, pero con un aforo reducido y sin consumo de bebidas ni alimentos.
También habrá un regreso gradual a clases presenciales en establecimientos educacionales, habiendo cumplido las condiciones sanitarias.
Por otra parte, el funcionamiento de clubes y uniones comunales de Adultos Mayores, así como el funcionamiento de pubs, discotecas y lugares análogos, seguirán con prohibición de funcionamiento.
