Foton celebra histórico mes de ventas
Agosto ha sido reconocido por la marca asiática como el mejor periodo de comercialización en el mercado chileno con un total de 50 unidades vendidas entre sus camiones livianos, medianos y pesados.
Sin dudas que agosto de 2020 quedará especialmente registrado en la historia de Foton, ya que ha sido reconocido por la marca como el mejor mes de ventas registrado en los más de diez años de la firma en Chile con un total de 50 camiones comercializados en el país durante ese periodo, según cifras wholesale de la Asociación Nacional Automotriz de Chile (ANAC).
A lo anterior se suma que el pasado mes, en el marco de la renovación de la flota del sistema de transporte público Red Metropolitana de Movilidad de Santiago (RED), fueron adquiridos 215 unidades de buses eléctricos de la compañía, ubicándola en el tercer lugar de ventas retail en el segmento de buses, de acuerdo con el último informe de ANAC.
De esta manera, Foton representada en el país por Andes Motor, empresa del Grupo Kaufmann, ha tenido una participación relevante en el segmento de camiones y buses, donde en el último tiempo se ha ubicado dentro de los primeros lugares de venta a nivel nacional.
En agosto, en el mercado de camiones livianos, la marca ocupó el sexto lugar con 21 unidades comercializadas; seguida de los medianos, donde se encuentra en la octava posición con 20 modelos vendidos. Mientras que, dentro de los camiones pesados, Foton fue la compañía de origen chino más vendida del pasado mes, adjudicándose el noveno lugar del ranking con nueve unidades saldadas.
Sobre estos resultados, el gerente de Foton, Cristian Alonso Seguel, señaló que “nos llena de orgullo poder afirmar que hemos tenido el mejor mes de ventas en la historia de Foton en Chile en el mercado de camiones, lo que es aún más destacable en el complejo escenario económico y sanitario que vive hoy el país y el mundo. Este récord nos corrobora el buen trabajo que hemos realizado junto a nuestros clientes y colaboradores en los más de diez años que Andes Motor es representante de esta firma”.
