Siete comunas pasarán a la etapa de Preparación: ¿Qué se va a permitir?

El ministro de Salud, Enrique Paris, anunció este domingo que siete comunas pasarán a la fase de Preparación del plan “Paso a Paso” desde este miércoles 2 de septiembre a las 5:00 horas, esto debido a la baja de los casos de contagios por Covid-19.

 

De esta forma, las comunas que pasarán a etapa de Preparación en la Región Metropolitana son San José de Maipo, Providencia, Las Condes, Ñuñoa y Vitacura, mientras que en la Región de Valparaíso, avanzarán Los Andes y San Felipe. Lo anterior, implica que en estos sectores se levantará la cuarentena durante toda la semana, manteniéndose el toque de que desde las 23:00 a las 5:00.

 

Este cambio de fase también le da posibilidad a sus residentes de poder salir a trabajar, siempre que no crucen a zonas más confinadas; hacer actividades deportivas con máximo 25 personas en lugares cerrados; y tener reuniones sociales para un máximo de 50 personas.

 

De igual forma, y de una manera un tanto sorpresiva, también comenzarán a atender restaurantes, cafés y espacios análogos, siempre que sea en lugares abiertos, como veredas y terrazas, con una distancia mínima de dos metros entre las mesas o con un máximo de 25% de su capacidad. Esta es una modificación al Paso 3, que anteriormente no contemplaba estas reaperturas.

 

En tanto, las clases presenciales seguirán suspendidas, pero se puede autorizar la apertura de colegios de forma excepcional, a solicitud de alcaldes. Los cines, teatros, pubs y discotecas aún no podrán abrir sus puertas.

 

En cuanto a los permisos de salidas de los adultos mayores de 75 años, el ministro de Salud, Enrique Paris, apuntó que “en Transición podrán salir de lunes a viernes, sin restricción. Y en Preparación, podrán salir todos los días, sin restricción”.

 

Por otra parte, y respecto a los avances en el desconfinamiento en la RM, el alcalde de Las Condes, Joaquín Lavín, mencionó que “la comuna se ha comportado bien, los vecinos están cumpliendo y los contagios están estabilizados. Estábamos preocupados cuando se liberaron Providencia, Santiago y Estación Central, pero en general los contagios están estabilizados”.

 

Con estos nuevos avances y retrocesos, a partir del miércoles en el país habrá 52 comunas en cuarentena (8,2 millones de personas), 29 comunas en Transición (4,2 millones), 209 comunas en Preparación (5,6 millones) y 55 comunas en Apertura Inicial (1,5 millones).
