Mundo laboral post pandemia: oficinas a 15 minutos del hogar serán clave.

Evitar las aglomeraciones del transporte masivo que exponen a las personas a contagios será fundamental tras el desconfinamiento por Covid 19.
 
Los nuevos centros de trabajo ofrecen espacios seguros, flexibles y de alta conectividad, ubicados en zonas de fácil acceso.
 
 
El concepto de “Ciudades en 15 minutos”, es una alternativa que ya se está utilizando en ciudades como París u Ottawa, urbes donde todos los ciudadanos tiene acceso a servicios básicos como salud, supermercados o espacios destinados al ocio y también la posibilidad de trabajar, a solo quince minutos de sus respectivos domicilios.
 
 
Dicha propuesta cobra relevancia en nuestro país, especialmente cuando ya muchos se cuestionan un “replanteamiento de las ciudades” y de vivir y trabajar tras el fin de la pandemia y del desconfinamiento. 
 
“Sin lugar a dudas, el teletrabajo se instalará como una realidad, pero también se debe analizar una propuesta que incluya a aquellos colaboradores que no puedan ejercer el trabajo a distancia, principalmente debido a que no cuentan, en sus domicilios, con requerimientos mínimos tales como una conectividad de calidad y mobiliario con «ergonomía» óptima que les permita desarrollar sus obligaciones diarias. Estos serán los factores que harán que un número importante de personas vuelvan a las oficinas” explica Maria Teresa Ondarza, gerenta general de Pronto Business Center, centros de negocios para el arriendo de oficinas compartidas.
 
 
Debido a lo anterior, para quienes deban regresar a sus espacios de trabajo, será fundamental disminuir los tiempos de traslados y sortear la generación de aglomeraciones en el transporte público, reduciendo así los focos de contagio por Covid-19.

Una de las alternativas que permite aterrizar el concepto de “Ciudades en 15 minutos” dentro del escenario laboral, son los espacios de cowork, centros de trabajo de tendencia mundial que se encuentran ubicados en zonas de expansión urbana y que tienen la ventaja de optimizar recursos, ya que evitan arriendos sobredimensionados o la compra de una oficina.
 
 
“Hay compañías que buscarán seguir beneficiando a sus colaboradores mediante la opción de entregarles acceso a lugares cerca de su vivienda como el caso de los cowork. Esta política de multilocación será una extensión de las oficinas de la empresa en diferentes puntos de la ciudad”, explica la gerenta general de Pronto Business Center.
 
 
Y añade “los espacios de cowork deberán cumplir con variadas exigencias que principalmente pasan por tener una alta conectividad. Esto se consigue implementando softwares colaborativos, repositorios en la nube con elevados estándares de seguridad, herramientas robustas y eficientes para la realización de videoconferencias, y conexiones de internet estables que aseguran la continuidad operacional y medidas de seguridad sanitaria”.
 
 
Actualmente ya es posible encontrar estos espacios de coworking en zonas estratégicas como Nueva Apoquindo, Ciudad Empresarial y Santiago Norte, estaciones de trabajo full equipadas implementadas por Pronto Business Center para que los colaboradores puedan realizar sus labores diarias de manera ágil y segura “esta es una alternativa cómoda, eficiente y que optimiza el tiempo, por lo cual hemos tenido una muy buena recepción por parte de las compañías que la están utilizando. Creemos que es una tendencia que va en alza y que puede solucionar los problemas de muchas empresas que ya están buscando una alternativa que les permita a sus colaboradores realizar sus labores diarias de forma segura”, comenta Maria Teresa Ondarza.
 
 
Adicionalmente, puede significar obtener alrededor de un 30% de disminución en los costos de una posición de trabajo, por ejemplo, las oficinas corporativas en el sector oriente y los puestos laborales en el cowork cercano a la residencia del trabajador.
 
 
No debemos dejar de mencionar otro factor importante como es la disminución de la huella de carbono, lo que se obtiene al evitar los diarios y largos desplazamientos en la ciudad. “Para aquellas empresas que tienen objetivos RSE vinculados a políticas de mejora en beneficio del medio ambiente, esta es una muy buena opción que permite contribuir a la disminución de los gases efecto invernadero”, finaliza la experta de Pronto Business Center.
