Sándwiches imperdibles para disfrutar en esta cuarentena

Disfrutar de un sándwich es un placer que seduce a cualquiera y lo mejor de todo es que existen distintas variedades para todos los gustos. De hecho, los productos del cerdo español se han convertido en un infaltable a la hora de su elaboración. 
 
Pero ¿Cuáles son las mejores combinaciones?.
 
 
Desde la Organización Interprofesional Agroalimentaria del Porcino de Capa Blanca español (INTERPORC) explican que el jamón serrano se transforma en un gran complemento para cualquier comida. Su tradición y sabor puede convertir hasta la preparación más sencilla en un acierto, potenciando el resto de los ingredientes. Además es una buena fuente de proteínas que ayuda a mantener una dieta equilibrada.
 
 
Primero, una parte fundamental del sándwich es el pan. Los más recomendados para degustar estas preparaciones son un mini baguette o una ciabatta, panes que si se utilizan frescos cuentan con una buena hidratación, lo que contrasta con una corteza crocante para un mayor deleite.
 
 
Como tip, para poder disfrutar mejor en cualquier formato, los expertos recomiendan usar los productos elaborados en pequeños trozos. Esto debido a que es difícil de cortar con los dientes y al morder se desarma el sándwich, “al cortar del tamaño de una lengua no es necesario hacer fuerza para cortar el jamón y no se desarma. El jamón serrano prácticamente se puede “derretir” en boca”, explican.
 
 
Un clásico siempre recomendable es la preparación de huevos con jamón serrano. Si bien se puede comer en formato sándwich, también se sugiere usar el pan para untar sobre el huevo comiendo “por separado” pero sintiendo ambos sabores, del huevo y del jamón, de manera intensa.
 
 
Una opción alternativa es el sandwich de jamón serrano con tomate, y albahaca. Es una buena mezcla que combina la frescura del tomate (puedes agregar tomate cherry y unas gotas de aceite de oliva) con el gran sabor del jamón serrano, siendo dos elementos que conviven de buena manera. Lo positivo es que es una preparación rápida, no quitará más de 10 minutos. Es perfecta para saciar un voraz apetito.
 
 
Otro que también sobresale por su sencillez es el de fuet, queso camembert y unas hojas de albahaca. Es un sándwich muy atractivo que se puede comer en cualquier momento del día, donde destaca la mezcla de tres combinaciones, cuyos ingredientes son un estallido de sabor. Esta preparación se puede disfrutar tanto en frío, como levemente tostado y con el queso “fundido” (derretido).
 
 
Por último, una deliciosa opción es acompañar el sándwich con chorizo, tomate deshidratado y queso manchego, esta preparación toma ventaja si se desea un alimento más cálido, ya que se debe servir prensado o al horno. El queso manchego levemente derretido con un trozo chorizo español es una rica combinación que dejará satisfecho a sus comensales y no tardará en preparar.
