Proyectos de la Cámara de Comercio Gourmet de Chile apoyan a distintas empresas del rubro durante la pandemia

Hace poco más de tres años, el 27 de junio, se conmemora el Día Internacional de las Micro, Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas. Es de conocimiento la dura situación actual de muchos emprendedores debido a la pandemia del coronavirus, que ha dificultado las labores por el distanciamiento social a cumplir. Pero pese a esta adversidad, la resiliencia de muchos emprendedores permanece intacta y con la búsqueda constante de seguir adelante.

 

Una de las maneras de hacer frente a esta dura condición nace desde la llamada Cámara de Comercio Gourmet de Chile (CCGC), que durante el último tiempo han buscado alternativas para potenciar los distintos productos y servicios de las empresas del rubro.

 

En esta iniciativa se encuentran un número aproximado de 130 socios, que crean una asociatividad entre los diferente actores del sector gourmet, tanto con empresas propias del rubro como con organizaciones colaboradoras y particulares. Todo esto para lograr las redes de contacto que generen ventas de manera sustentable. De esta forma se gestionan instancias de negociación, intercambio de servicios y alianzas entre los participantes.

 

Respecto al panorama que se está viviendo, el Director Comercial de CCGC, Juan Díaz, indica que “esta iniciativa es una bonita experiencia, estamos con la mejor de las actitudes para tomar las decisiones correctas, hay que mantener el entusiasmo, con la mente tranquila frente a la situación que se presenta”.

 

A su vez, la Directora de Emprendimiento Femenino de la CCGC, Ignacia Barros, enfatiza el rol de la mujer en la lideración de distintos proyectos del rubro. Desde su posición en la organización, han creado una red de apoyo que guía y otorga conocimientos a las emprendedoras para que puedan crecer en sus negocios y sean una forma de generar recursos más allá del corto plazo.

 

“La idea es armar redes y hacer contactos, tal que el mercado comience a visibilizar productos que no se conocen mucho, contactar a las emprendedoras locales mujeres que son dueñas de algún proyecto o Pyme y empezar a trabajar con ellas. Comenzar a trabajar con sus productos y que las ventas estén vinculadas a establecer un negocio más seguro”, señala Ignacia Barros.

 

A pesar de que el número de mujeres emprendedoras puede incluso superar al de los hombres, son estos últimos los que han podido llegar a tener los negocios más seguros y rentables. Por esto, la Directora de Emprendimiento Femenino menciona que han iniciado distintas líneas de trabajo, en que se enfocan en la relación con fondos públicos para apoyar a las emprendedoras a postular a dichos recursos, ayudar en el posicionamiento en los medios de comunicación masivos; e integrar a la comunidad a pertenece a una red de apoyo de conocimiento, financiamiento y visibilidad principalmente.

 

Ignacia Barros se mantiene optimista respecto al escenario y puntualiza que “hoy día no sabemos cuanto va a durar, pero la oportunidad de la colaboración es algo que se está armando, se está viviendo, a los emprendedores del país nos va a servir vivir este nuevo mundo, esta nueva forma de hacer negocios y ver los emprendimientos”. “Hay una crisis importante, pero también una oportunidad que hemos sabido ver muy bien”, señala la Directora de Emprendimiento Femenino de la CCGC.
