Mayonesa Vegana de Zanahorias
En estos días donde el tiempo libre nos sobra, que mejor que invertirlo en aprender sobre nuevas
tendencias y recetas. Es por lo que hoy les traigo esta receta fácil y super resultona; mayonesa
vegana de zanahorias.
Ingredientes:
120ml de Aceite de Oliva (o el que tengan en casa)
40grs de zanahorias cocidas
Sal y pimienta.
Partimos cociendo las zanahorias en agua con una pizca de azúcar para potenciar su sabor dulce.
Una vez cocidas, escurrimos el agua y procesamos en un mixer hasta lograr la consistencia de una
pasta sedosa (si es necesario, pasar por un colador para sacar cualquier grumo o impureza). Dejar
enfriar.
A continuación, en el vaso del mixer donde está el puré de zanahorias, pondremos el aceite de oliva
y comenzaremos a mixear desde abajo, sin mover y en la velocidad mínima que tenga el motor.
Cuando veamos que empiezan a aparecer unas burbujas, levantamos levemente y comenzamos a
mover el mixer de arriba a bajo hasta lograr la emulsión (unión estable del puré y el aceite).
En este punto agregamos sal y pimienta a gusto, y también, cualquier tipo de condimento que deseemos; a
modo de sugerencia, ¡con un toque de merkén queda increíble!
Y así de fácil tenemos una salsa exquisita para acompañar ensaladas, snacks, crudites ¡o lo que
quieras!.
