La Tosteria: café de especialidad, italiano y trazable.

Sin secretos ni claves (incluso en los blends). Eso, complementado por un mapa organoléptico que ayuda a entender de manera simple el perfil que se consigue en taza.


Veta que se vincula también con el corte artesanal de esta compañía de Florencia en atributos como el nivel de tueste que ocupa. Aparte de privilegiar uno mucho más bajo que el estándar italiano (para resaltar las características de cada origen, en lugar de ocultar errores), en el caso de los blends todo componente es tratado con una curva de tueste diferente para así respetar su individualidad, a pesar de tomar más tiempo de elaboración.
